        Increase your awareness, work through conflicts, alleviate distress, develop more adaptive attitudes and behaviors, manage emotions more effectively, and improve relationships.

        Note that you can opt for both psychotherapy and divorce management consultations but not with the same clinician/consultant. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression or other symptoms and would like to explore issues in greater depth, psychotherapy is a potential resource. Divorce management consultations are much less frequent and much more focused on the challenges specific to divorce.
